个人简介
男，1978年生，山东莒南人，博士（后），教授，研究生导师，岩土工程研究所所长。2008年博士毕业于同济大学土木工程学院地下建筑与工程系，香港科技大学土木与环境工程系博士后，美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校访问****。2015年12月入选中国矿业大学第八批优秀创新团队（城市地铁隧道及地下工程）首席专家、2014年和2107年两次入选中国矿业大学青年学术带头人，2012年12月入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师，2016年入选江苏省333人才工程。主要从事城市地铁隧道及地下工程、软土地基变形、土动力学以及人工冻土等方面研究工作，在《Engineering Geology》、《International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences》、《Natural Hazards》、《Computers and Geotechniques》等杂志发表科研论文50余篇，其中已被SCI收录37篇，EI收录28篇，ISTP收录4篇；授权国家发明专利4项；主编住建部十三五规划教材1部《地下结构设计》；在Springer Press出版英文专著1部,出版英文教材1部。担任Arabian Journal of Geosciences（SCI收录）副主编、国际土力学与岩土工程学会会员、国际工程地质与环境学会会员。主持和完成国家重点研发计划课题子课题、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、中国矿业大学学科前沿研究专项、创新团队基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助、中国博士后科学基金项目、中央高校创新人才基金项目、冻土工程国家重点实验室开放基金、深部岩土力学国家重点实验室开放基金、中国矿业大学青年基金；参与完成国家自然科学基金项目2项。荣获全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文、教育部自然科学二等奖、上海市优秀博士学位论文、同济大学优秀博士学位论文、上海市科技进步二等奖、中国矿业大学优秀共产党员、中国矿业大学十佳青年教职工、江苏省优秀本科毕业一等奖指导教师（2015、2018）、江苏省优秀本科毕业论文二等奖指导教师（2012、2013）、2018年和2015年中国矿业大学优秀硕士毕业论文指导教师、中国矿业大学优秀本科毕业设计（论文）指导教师、上海市优秀毕业生、上海市优秀学生、地震工程与风险管理奖学金、韩国龙奖学金一等奖、中国海外奖学金一等奖和同济大学优秀学生等奖励及荣誉称号。联系方式:cuizhendong@cumt.edu.cn
