  1、研究方向:
  1. 功能纳米结构制备与纳米加工:主要涉及各种半导体功能准一维纳米结构(如纳米管、半导体纳米线)制备,可控制生长与掺杂研究;半导体纳米结构的显微结构、生长机理与生长动力学研究;对低维材料,如纳米材料、发光薄膜、半导体量子阱等进行解剖,研究其微观结构,探索显微结构与物理性能的关系
  2. 低维物理与纳米器件研究:探索与低维尺度相关联的基本物理问题:研究纳米结构的尺寸限制效应;场发射特性;发光谱特性;掺杂对纳米结构物理性能的影响;利用这些功能纳米管、纳米线制备纳米器件等;
