二、研究领域
1. 研究方向:
半导体光电材料的制备、微结构调控和光电物理性能研究。
2. 主要研究内容
过渡金属基半导体微结构的制备,分析半导体微结构材料的光催化和电催化裂解水制备氢气的活性,探究其光、电催化活性提升的物理机制,实现高性能电催化剂和光催化剂的可控设计及其在新型能源转换器件中的应用。
