祝宝宣，2011年从大连理工大学取得博士学位，现任江苏师范大学教授、运筹学与控制论专业硕士生导师及导师组组长、江苏省“333人才工程”中青年学术带头人、中国运筹学会图论组合分会副秘书长、中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及其应用专业委员会常务委员、江苏省运筹学会常务理事、美国数学评论评论员等。多次受邀访问台湾中研院、新加坡南洋理工大学、美国West Virginia大学（1年）、伦敦大学学院（1年）等。 主要研究领域：组合数学与图论，在组合学的单峰型问题、正性问题、代数图论、结构图论等课题已发表SCI论文30多篇。
