张学农教授简历
张学农,男,1962年出生,博士,教授、博士生导师。2003.8~ 作为学科带头人引进苏州大学药学院;现为国家发改委价格评审中心专家成员、国家药审中心新药审评专家库成员,国家执业药师工作专家库首批入选专家、中国药学会药剂学分会委员,江苏省药学会药剂学会副主任委员。国家教育部、国家自然基金评审专家、江苏省人事厅、科技厅和教育厅评审专家。《抗感染药学》副主编,《中国药物警戒》常务编委,《中国药学杂志》编委。《Biomaterials》、《ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces》和《Int J Pharm.》和《药学学报》等期刊审稿人。江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人和江苏省“六大高峰人才”。 主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技部科技型中小企业技术创新基金、国家科技支撑计划和江苏省社会发展项目等。发表论文100余篇,其中SIC论文60余篇,20余篇在《药理学与毒理学》ESI刊源上发表。申请发明专利10余项,授权6项。指导学生论文中,4篇江苏省优秀硕士论文,5篇获苏州大学优秀硕士论文,1篇获江苏省高校本科毕业论文二等奖,2篇获三等奖。获江苏省中医药科技进步二等奖1项,苏州市科学技术进步奖二等奖1项,三等奖2项。苏州大学周氏科研奖2次,陈金荣生命科学奖3次。获得2017年度苏州大学“我最喜爱的老师”称号, 2019年获苏州大学“高尚师德”奖。

主要研究方向:
1、靶向递药系统的研究
以紫杉醇、阿霉素及基因等为模型药物,制备和研究质量可控、性质稳定的多功能性(包括温度/pH敏感性、受体介导、抗体修饰)纳米粒、脂质体、聚合物胶束智能型等靶向给药系统,并进行细胞和动物体内的靶向性与药效学评价。口服药物的吸收机制与生物利用度提高研究:采用纳米药物载体和定位释药系统,进行改善难溶性药物、膜通透性差和具有吸收窗药物的生物利用度研究,并阐明其机制。以国家重点学科-放射医学为平台,核素标记、荧光标记和医学影像等技术研究给药系统的药代动力学与靶向性特征。
2、缓控释新材料与新技术
以现代丝绸国家工程实验室和放射医学国家重点学科为依托,从家蚕中提取纯化得到丝素蛋白,经修饰与改性合成成为新型良好生物相容性与可降解高分子材料,用于微球、经皮给药系统的药物载体,用于多肽和核酸类和镇痛类药物的新药研究。以天然壳聚糖为材料通过修饰与改性合成的生物可降解和功能性高分子为载体材料,设计优化新型缓控释给药系统,并采用分子影像、PET-CT等先进技术探索药物-机体、药物-细胞相互作用的评价技术。
