（1）肿瘤相关基因甲基化异常与胃癌前病变关系的病例-对照研究 **；
（2）缺血性脑卒中贝叶斯多水平Cox预后预测新模型构建和应用研究**（2020-2023）；
2. 为《辐射流行病学60年》国防科工局重大项目第二完成人；
3. 主持江苏省博士后基金1项（**）；
4. 主持江苏省外国留学生精品教程1项及100多项医疗器械临床试验项目。

1．教授预防医学5年制、临床医学7年制、5年制、硕士研究生和外国留学生《卫生统计学》及《统计软件包》等课程。

（2）《医学统计学》，贺佳，尹平主编。全国高等学校“十二五”医学规划教材，高等教育出版社，北京。
3. 与裴育芳副教授主持在线开放课程：《实用医学统计与SAS应用》，目前已在中国MOOC大学上线，2019.
