学历及学术经历1986年毕业于盐城师范学院，1994年获中科院物理所硕士学位，1997年获中科院感光化学所博士学位，2001，2005，2016年三次在日本东京理科大学做访问****，现为教授，博士生导师。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项，目前主持在研国家自然科学基金1项,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目1项。所指导的论文中，3篇获江苏省优秀硕士论文，4篇获苏州大学优秀硕士论文，指导的学生已有15人次获研究生国家奖学金。获苏州大学大陆科研奖1次，苏州大学周氏科研优秀奖1次，苏州大学周氏科研优异奖1次。在Adv. Funct. Mater., Appl. Catal. B: Environ., J. Mater. Chem. A, Biosens. Bioelectron., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, ChemSusChem, Chem. Eng. J., J. Power Sources, Nanoscale等高水平杂志已发表研究论文200余篇，根据Web of Science统计（2020年3月），被国内外同行引用累积超过7000次，H因子为48，其中有13篇论文被入选ISI Web of Knowledge: Essential Science Indicators近十年来高被引论文(Highly Cited Papers)。2015年8月至今受Mike D Ward教授的邀请担任RSC Advances杂志副主编（Associate Editor，第三个任期，2019年-2022年），2019年起（第一个任期3年）担任Journal of Colloid Interface Science的编委，2020年起担任Chinese Chemical Letters的通讯编委。
