学历及学术经历:1993年苏州大学本科毕业并留校工作至今，2003年获得苏州大学硕士学位，2006年获得韩国大邱大学理学博士学位。2007年苏州大学副教授，2014年苏州大学教授。硕士生导师。历任化学化工学院分团委书记、办公室主任、院长助理、副院长、材料与化学化工学部副主任。2013年6月任苏州大学后勤党委书记。近几年主持国家教育部留学回国基金，江苏省高校自然科学研究基金，江苏省自然科学基金，江苏省重点实验室开放基金。2005年以来，在国内外学术期刊Chem. Commun., Org. Lett., J. Org. Chem., Green Chem., ACS Comb. Sci., Tetrahedron, Synlett，Tetrahedron Lett.，New J. Chem. 等国内外学术期刊上正式发表论文五十多篇。2009年获得苏州大学教学成果一等奖1项。2009年获得苏州大学建行奖教金（管理奖）1项。2011年课题组获中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步二等奖1项。2013年课题组获教育部自然科学二等奖1项。主编的教材《综合化学实验》2011年被评为江苏省精品教材。
