学历及学术经历:1988年大连理工大学本科毕业，1991年华东理工大学获硕士学位，2003年苏州大学任硕士生导师，2004年苏州大学获博士学位。2004年被评为苏州大学第4批优秀青年骨干教师培养人。2005年获得江苏省政府留学奖学金和苏州大学苏鑫教学奖。2007年获得苏州大学北美校友会杰出成就奖。2007年8月至2008年2月受江苏省政府和苏州大学委派赴美国迈阿密大学化学系进修。2008年7月苏州大学任教授。主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目3项和省级基金项目5项，主持省教育厅自然科学基金项目1项、国家重点实验室开放课题1项和江苏省重点实验室开放课题3。参加江苏省科技厅“9.5”重大攻关项目1项，该项目已通过江苏省科技厅技术鉴定。在Organic Letters, Tertahedron Letters, Journal of Photochemistry & Photobiology, A: Chemistry. 等国内外核心化学期刊发表正式论文70多篇。
研究领域:超支化及树枝状大分子的设计、合成、表征、功能化及应用；荧光探针及传感器；高性能塑料与涂料；多功能染整试剂。
