简历: 宋一之,研究员,2001年进入清华大学环境工程系学习,先后获得工学学士、博士学位。2011-2018年期间先后在清华大学、英国谢菲尔德大学和英国牛津大学任博士后研究员。2018年参与创办以开发临床微生物诊断工具为目标的医疗器械企业。2020年加入中国科学院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所。
长期以来主要从事病原微生物和单细胞分析等领域的研究,在微生物单细胞表型的拉曼光谱学、单细胞基因组扩增、临床耐药菌耐药特征和合成生物学工具开发等领域取得了一系列重要的原创性成果。
发表SCI收录论文和英文专著章节26篇,授权发明专利4项,实用新型专利授权3项。作为项目负责人或子课题项目负责人承担中科院装备研制、国家重点研发计划、863计划课题、科技部基础工作专项课题和博士后基金课题。多项研究成果已被转化,受到市场一致认可。一项成果形成国家行业标准,成绩较为突出。
