个人简介:郭艳东,男,电子科学与工程学院副教授,江苏省射频与微纳电子重点实验室秘书

一直从事基于非平衡格林函数的电输运性质研究,积累了相关理论分析、数值计算的经验。对于非弹性输运、纳米结构磁性、自旋输运等内容进行过深入的探讨。对纳米管、石墨烯、各类硅结构、各类分子结构等体系及其电子结构、输运特性进行过系统的研究,对诸如自旋输运、负微分电阻、库仑阻塞等输运现象进行机理的探讨和阐述。并在此基础上,提出了最小的纯碳逻辑门、自旋过滤器、DNA碱基序列探测器等一系列功能化器件应用。
