近期该工作以“Superfast Growth Dynamics of High-Quality Silicon Nanowires on Polymer Films via Self-Selected Laser-Droplet-Heating”为题在线发表在《Nano Letters》上, 文章链接:https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.nanolett.0c04058。南京大学电子科学与工程学院博士生张廷为论文的第一作者,余林蔚教授和刘宗光博士为共同通讯作者。相关技术通过与华为终端的项目合作,共同申请了技术专利。此工作得到了南京大学陈坤基教授、施毅教授和王军转副教授的大力支持。该项研究工作受到国家自然科学基金委、江苏省****基金/双创人才计划以及产学研合作项目的资助,在此表示衷心的感谢!
