个人简介
苏欣,主任医师,教授,南京大学和南京医科大学博士研究生导师,南京总医院博士后工作站博士后联系导师,曾经赴美国科罗拉多大学医学中心学习两年余,现任南京军区南京总医院呼吸科副主任。
近年来主要开展了肺部真菌病及急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床和基础研究。着重研究了肺部真菌感染的早期诊断和合理治疗。带领课题组成员从机体免疫防御角度入手,研究了PTX3、C型凝集素受体在肺真菌病发病中的免疫保护作用,维生素D缺乏对肺真菌病的影响等,证实了这些因素在肺曲霉病发病中的重要作用,研究结果发表在Clinical infectious diseases和Clinical microbiology& infection等权威国际学术杂志。另外,课题组积极开展临床转化研究,将最新研究成果应用于临床,诊治了数以千计的疑难重症肺部感染患者,达到了全国领先水平。严重肺部感染可导致ARDS,其死亡率高,临床缺乏有效治疗方法。本人在美国留学期间即开展了这方面的基础研究,回国后继续深入探索,并结合临床开展相关研究,提出并阐明了MK2-HuR信号通路在ICAM-1等重要促炎因子表达中的作用及其对ARDS发生发展的影响。研究成果发表在BBA Molecular Cell Research 、JBC和Am J Physiol Lung Cell Mol Physiol等杂志。这些研究成果对于开发新的治疗靶点提供了证据和方向。
近年来获《侵袭性肺真菌病临床诊治和实验研究》等军队医疗成果二等奖两项。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等省部级课题8项,参与国科金重点课题1项,国家科技支撑计划课题1项,发表国内外核心期刊论文100余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇,最高影响因子9.1分,参编专著8部。参与编写2016年《中国社区获得性肺炎指南》、《中国医院获得性肺炎指南》和《抗菌药物药代动力学/药效学理论临床应用专家共识》。目前担任的学术职务包括Chest杂志(中文版)执行编委,医学研究生学报主编助理,国际呼吸杂志通讯编委和中国哮喘联盟网站编委等,Cellular Physiology and Biochemistry、Journal of infection、Clinical Respiratory Journal、《中华结核和呼吸杂志》等杂志审稿专家。获得中国优秀青年呼吸医师称号,江苏省“333人才”培养对象,江苏省“科教强卫”重点人才和南京总医院刘志红青年医学奖等。
