个人简介
赵权,南京大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师,江苏省生物化学与分子生物学学会副理事长, 入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”及江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次人才计划。1988年毕业于南京大学生物化学系,获学士学位;2002年毕业于澳大利亚墨尔本La Trobe大学生物化学系,获博士学位并于皇家墨尔本医院骨髓研究所进行博士后工作。2006年受聘于南京大学生命科学院,主要从事基因转录与表观遗传学调控机理研究。相关研究成果以通讯作者发表Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Nature Communications、Blood、Cancer Research、Nucleic Acids Research、Haematologica、J Biol Chem等高影响力国际论文。

1. 基因转录及表观遗传学调控机制;
2. 癌症的发生机理与防治研究
主要研究介绍:
基因表达调控是操纵生命体活动的核心。表观遗传调控(包括组蛋白修饰、DNA修饰等)为基因表达调控一种重要方式,参与细胞命运的决定,目前已成为生命科学研究中发展迅速的新兴前沿领域。
课题组主要研究基因转录及表观遗传调控过程中生物大分子的修饰模式及相关新型分子识别调节机制与生物学功能,重点关注癌症(肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、白血病等)及遗传性血液病等重大疾病发生发展过程中发生的分子事件,解析细胞内外影响因素对基因表达变化的时空调节机制,明确肿瘤细胞恶性增殖、异常分化及转移和细胞重编程的分子机理,为癌症等的个体化精准治疗提供新靶点和新策略。在此基础上,我们积极开展相关新型表观药物发现及基于结构的功能分子改造研究。
