个人简介:
海外高层次青年人才,江苏省****基金获得者、江苏省双创人才、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象。先后在新加坡国立大学(2007-2010)、美国德克萨斯大学奥斯丁分校(2010-2014)及美国哥伦比亚大学(2014-2016)从事研究工作。主要研究方向为高质量二维材料的生长、微纳器件加工及其光、电性质研究等。以第一作者或主要作者在Science、Nature、NatureNanotechnology、Phys.Rev.Lett.等刊物发表论文70余篇,被引用7000余次,H-Index40(截止2019年2月);第一作者论文中有2篇被评ESI前0.1%的热点论文(HotPaper),另有5篇被评为前1%的高引用论文(HighlyCitedPaper);授权中国及美国发明专利5项。受邀在美国物理学会(APS)年会、材料学会(MRS)年会等学术会议做过多场邀请报告。曾获安徽省科学技术一等奖(排名第二)。目前主持科技部“量子调控与量子信息”重点专项课题、基金委面上项目等多项国家和省部级科研项目。长期担任NatureCommunications、NanoLetters、AdvancedMaterials等期刊审稿人。
