研究方向:
以计算生物学为主要研究特色,围绕蛋白质和生物膜的结构与功能开展工作。具体研究方向包括:
1、酶的变构调控机理和功能蛋白质设计
2、基于结构的活性分子设计与筛选
3、分子间相互识别和作用机制
4、生物膜对细菌有机溶剂耐受性的调控机制
