2003年毕业于中国农业大学,获得博士学位,曾在澳大利亚、日本作为访问****进行进修学习,并且到欧洲、美洲等多个国家访问交流或参加学术会议,参加非洲的科技援助项目,与国外多所大学保持密切的合作关系。现为国家种质果梅杨梅资源圃负责人,江苏省产业体系岗位科学家,中国园艺学会李杏分会副秘书长,南京市杨梅协会理事长。主要研究方向为果树种质资源的收集、保存和评价,核果类果树分子生物学,重点研究方向为休眠机理和雌蕊发育机理。主持国家自然基金3项,项目主持农业部公益性行业专项2项,主持农业部保种项目和科技部资源子平台项目2项,江苏省自然基金2项,以及江苏省自主创新等项目10多项;第一作者或通讯作者发表论文近100篇,其中SCI论文39篇,主编或副主编教材和专著3本;第一完成人获得4项国家发明专利,培育梅新品种10个,参与葡萄、苹果、枇杷等新品种审定4个。获得2017年度江苏省科技推广二等奖1项;苏州市科技进步二等奖,1项;江苏省科技进步三等奖1项。获得江苏省2013年优秀科技特派员称号,入选江苏省青蓝工程优秀学术带头人和江苏省六大人才高峰高层次人才;培养研究生30多名,2篇江苏省优秀硕士毕业论文,2017年获南京农业大学优秀教学质量奖。
