连宾，男，汉族，1964年生，安徽凤阳人，理学博士，现任南京师范大学海洋科学与工程学院教授/博士生导师。1985、1988和2000年分别获理学学士（安徽师范大学）、农学硕士（浙江农业大学）和理学博士学位（中国科学院地球化学研究所）。先后在加拿大麦吉尔大学、美国乔治华盛顿大学和瑞典农业大学做访问****。兼任：中国矿物岩石地球化学学会第九届理事会理事，地表与生物地球化学专业委员会副主任委员，成因矿物学找矿矿物学专业委员会委员；中国微生物学会地质微生物学专业委员会委员，农业微生物学专业委员会委员；江苏省生物技术协会常务理事及环境生物技术专业委员会副主任；现任《矿物学报》、《矿物岩石地球化学通报》、《地球与环境》、《食品科学》以及《广西植物》等国内核心学术期刊编委。曾获国务院政府特殊津贴和贵州省省管专家等荣誉，2005年12月入选中国科学院“****”。主要从事地质微生物、环境生物地球化学以及资源与环境微生物研究，先后主持国家高技术研究发展项目863课题和国家自然科学基金面上项目等课题，以第一或通讯作者在国际学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇，授权发明专利8项。
