个人简介
长期从事心血管疾病的分子遗传和机理研究以及靶标药物开发,主要基于心血管疾病遗传家系和散发病人,开展遗传基因分析,寻找新的心血管疾病致病基因,并对该基因展开深入功能分析,探究其致病机制,寻找潜在药物靶标。近5年通过自主创建10多种转基因小鼠,建立组织特异性敲除,以及荧光蛋白细胞示踪的实验动物模型,以分泌蛋白AGGF1,线粒体蛋白FUNDC1和激酶SNRK为研究对象,多角度多方面地系统深入地揭示心衰发生发展的信号调控网络和分子机理,以及基于该研究成果开发核心调控靶标药物蛋白。自2014年至今发表SCI文章27篇,作为第一作者在Nature Communications,Plos Biology,Circulation,ATVB等杂志发表高水平学术论文。
