个人简介
黄明德，副主任医师，博士，南京医科大学副教授，淮安市第一人民医院肿瘤内科科副主任，美国肿瘤协会会员，中国抗癌协会会员，江苏省抗癌协会肿瘤微创治疗专业委员会青年委员。2013年至美国 Moffitt肿瘤中心访学半年，师从世界老年肿瘤协会主席Martine Extermann，学习国际上关于老年肿瘤诊治的最新理念，对于老年肿瘤的规范化、个体化治疗有独特的见解，目前主攻方向为消化系统肿瘤的精准化治疗，为我院大肠癌MDT的主要成员。
