南京军区南京总医院肿瘤内科主任、主任医师，南京大学、第二军医大学及南京医科大学教授，博士研究生导师，南京军区南京总医院博士后工作站合作导师，美国临床肿瘤学会及欧洲肿瘤内科学会会员，中国医师协会肿瘤分会委员，CSCO执行委员,全军肿瘤专业委员会委员，南京军区肿瘤学专业委员会副主任委员，江苏省肿瘤化疗及生物治疗专业委员会副主任委员，江苏省化疗专业委员会副主任委员及江苏省肿瘤标志专业委员会常委。《医学研究生学报》常务编委、《临床肿瘤学杂志》、《癌症进展》、、《中国循证医学杂志》编委。江苏省及南京市医疗事故鉴定专家。长期从事肿瘤内科临床及科研工作，具有丰富的临床经验和较深的学术造诣。在2011年江苏省名医民选当选为“百姓信任的医疗专家”。主持国家自然科学基金等各类研究课题10多项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文100多篇，SCI论文60多篇，主编出版《循证肿瘤治疗学》、《现代肿瘤诊疗手册》、《临床肿瘤学》、《肿瘤防治导读》等专著，获得多项科技进步、医疗成果和优秀图书奖，培养博士后、博士及硕士研究生30多名。
