研究方向


新型靶向抗癌药物Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)的设计和合成以及相关的化学生物学研究;过渡金属催化的不对称C-C键成键反应研究,包括不对称1,4及1,2-加成反应,不对称环加成反应等;廉价过渡金属催化的C-H官能化反应及其应用。




学术成绩






在博士及博士后期间, 主要从事靶向抗癌药物的设计和合成以及过渡金属催化的不对称合成等方面的研究, 并担任新加坡NRF2015NRF-POC001-024: “Allenamide: Platform Technology for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) 2.0的共同负责人, 开发了新型键联技术,用以改善靶向抗癌药物的选择性及稳定性,取得了突出的成果。近年来,在Chemical Science,Green Chemistry,Chemical Society reviews, Organic Letters, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Organic Chemistry Frontiers, Advanced Synthesis and Catalysis, Organic Chemistry Frontiers,Chemistry-An European journal, Chemical Communications等国际著名期刊上发表多篇高质量学术论文, 累计被引用230余次。目前,主持2018年度国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目一项(**),江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目(18KJB150018)一项,江苏省有机合成重点实验室开放课题(KJS1945)一项,国家级重点大学生创新创业项目一项。获得2018年度江苏省双创博士称号,获2020年度第五届江苏省科协青年会员(化学化工领域)创新创业大赛一等奖及第十一届南京工业大学青年教师授课竞赛一等奖。
