2.科研工作
研究兴趣:绿色有机化学新反应探索及其机理研究;新型碱土金属催化体系设计以及在脱水偶联反应研究;以生物活性分子骨架为导向的绿色有机合成。
学术成果和研究项目:迄今,以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun.; Green Chem.; Org. Lett., Chem. Commun.; Chem. Eur. J.; Adv. Synth. Catal.等期刊发表论文20余篇,申请中国发明专利5项。部分研究成果被Nat. Rev. Chem.专文亮点评述,被X-MOL,中国科技报等报道,入选ESI高被引论文。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金(**)和江苏省自然科学基金青年基金(BK**),获得江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才资助。带领团队获得第四届江苏省科协青年会员创新创业大赛(化学化工领域)“一等奖”,晋级生命科学领域决赛并获得“三等奖”。
指导学生:指导的硕士研究生获得“国家奖学金”等奖励, 指导的本科生(郭磊)获得2017届江苏省优秀本科毕业论文“二等奖”等省部级奖励多项。
