目前主要从事三个方面的研究工作:1. 新型一维纳米半导体材料的设计,合成,修饰,掺杂以及传感,光电,光伏,光催化性能的研究。2. 原子层沉积技术在纳米材料涂覆方面的非常规应用。3. 大面积有序纳米结构的制备。
