男,1979年8月生,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家级人才计划获得者、国家重点研发计划青年科学家、江苏省****基金获得者。
主要从事功能膜材料及其应用技术开发研究,2012年至2013年澳大利亚莫纳什大学访问****,入选江苏省六大人才高峰、江苏省333人才工程、江苏省青蓝工程、南京市中青年拔尖领军人才等。兼任石油和化工行业气体净化膜及装备工程实验室主任、《中国化学工程学报》(英文版)青年编委、《膜科学与技术》编委、中国材料学会多孔材料分会副秘书长、中国环境科学学会常务理事、中国膜工业协会疏水膜专业委员会副秘书长。
获中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明一等奖(排名第1)、中国膜工业协会科学技术奖一等奖(排名第1)、侯德榜化工科学技术青年奖、中国石油和化学工业联合会青年科技突出贡献奖、中国膜科技中青年突出贡献专家、第十六届江苏省青年科技奖、全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖等。主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然基金项目、国家科技支撑计划、江苏省****基金项目、中国-澳大利亚国际合作项目、江苏省支撑计划项目、江苏省自然科学基金等二十多项项目,已发表期刊论文130余篇,其中SCI收录90余篇,主要发表在化工与材料领域权威期刊AIChE J.、Ind. & Eng. Chem. Res.、J. Membr. Sci.、J. Mater. Chem A、ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等上。申请中国专利40余项,国际PCT 7项,已授权中国专利30余项,美国专利3项。曾受邀在国际膜与膜过程大会以及全国膜与膜过程报告会担任分会场主席,在多个学术会议做邀请报告。开发的空气净化膜技术已经在工业烟气处理和家用空气净化领域获得推广应用。
人才培养方面,曾获工大精英九思奖、南京工大集团奖教金、校教书育人竞赛先进个人、校本科毕业论文优秀指导老师(2次)。指导的本科生研究生多次获得南京市科技论坛、江苏省科技创新创业大赛、以及国家节能减排科技大赛的特等奖、二等奖、三等奖等。多名毕业研究生进入世界500强企业,如美国A.O.史密斯、美国通用公司(GE)、美国陶氏化学、法国液空、美国普莱克斯等,或者进入国内外知名高校深造,如澳大利亚莫纳什大学、迪肯大学、麦考瑞大学、新加坡国立大学、上海交通大学、南京大学、东南大学等。
