黄佳聪,男,1984年生,福建漳州人。从事流域污染物输移及其环境效应模拟研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金(2项)、中国科学院青年创新促进会项目(1项)、江苏省自然科学基金(1项)、中国环境监测总站等委托的科研项目(3项),作为课题骨干参与了国家973计划(2项)、水专项(2项)等科研任务;围绕国家/地方水环境保护与治理需求,研发了具有自主知识产权的平原圩区水文与氮磷输移过程模型,改进了湖泊水质模型的藻类迁移聚集与水土界面过程模块,发展了流域水文-湖库水动力-蓝藻水华的预测模型,揭示了太湖流域平原区氮磷污染的时空格局,定量研究了湖库水环境对流域氮磷削减等调控措施的响应机制,丰富了湖泊-流域综合集成模拟的方法体系。在Environment International、Water Research等期刊发表第一作者SCI论文24篇,通讯作者SCI论文6篇,1篇论文入选2019年度的全球ESI高被引论文;自主研发模型应用于江苏省平原圩区氮磷污染源解析及其环境效应评估、金鸡湖隧道建设的水环境影响预测,为水功能区水生态保护目标制定、退圩环湖、河湖滨岸带管控等水环境管理工作提供模拟技术支撑,产生显著的生态、经济与社会效益,获苏州市水利局等单位应用证明7份,申请软件著作权7项。先后获中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所周立三青年科技奖、中国科学院院长优秀奖、CAS-DAAD奖学金等奖励,入选2019年度中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。
