简历：
张民，男，1978年生，吉林榆树人。2001年和2004年于南京大学环境生物学专业获得学士和硕士学位，2007年获中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所博士学位，同年留所工作，历任助理研究员，副研究员。2012年10月-12月赴美国弗吉尼亚联邦大学进行交流合作，2015年3月-8月获国家留学基金委资助赴德国康斯坦茨大学进行访问交流。
主要从事浮游藻类生态学研究工作，工作涉及野外调查和控制实验，旨在揭示浮游植物群落结构、功能和多样性的驱动和构建机制，水华蓝藻生物量维持和种间演替的机制等。
目前主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目“浮游植物群落对营养盐水平变动的弹性响应及其机制（**， 201901-202212）”，江苏省生态环境厅太湖蓝藻水华预测预警业务化运行项目（自2007年持续运行至今）、参与青藏高原二次科考项目（2019qzkk0202）。主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目“春季水华蓝藻物候特征对温度与光照"错配"的响应及机制（**， 201501-201812）”和国家自然科学基金青年项目“ 温度波动对春季微囊藻优势确立过程的影响及机制（**，201301-201512）”，参与完成十一五、十二五国家水体污染控制与治理专项、中国湖泊水量、水质和生物资源调查项目、国家科技支撑项目等。先后在Water Research， Canadian Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences， Science of the Total Environment，Ecological Indicators，Ecography等生态环境领域期刊发表论文多篇，并担任该类期刊的审稿工作。
