研究方向
长期从事高温超导体薄膜、金属、半导体、氧化物薄膜等基于椭圆偏振测量的研究。针对新型薄膜材料特别是高温超导体薄膜的椭偏测量问题有深入的研究。掌握溅射、蒸镀等多种薄膜制备方法,熟悉常用薄膜表征手段并能熟练运用相关仪器设备。
