吴太夏，男，教授、博士生导师。江苏****、国家技术发明奖获得者、青年测绘地理信息科技创新人才、国家科技专家库专家、中国遥感应用协会专家委员会委员。美国马里兰大学、佐治亚大学、德国奥斯纳布吕克大学访问****。2010年毕业于北京大学，获工学博士学位，同年进入中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所工作，任助研、副研究员，2017年调入河海大学。
主要从事高光谱遥感图像智能处理、大数据分析及资源环境应用等方面的教学科研工作。承担国家、部委项目二十余项；专著1部，参著4部；共发表论文80余篇，其中SCI 35篇，EI 15篇；获授权国家专利42项及PCT国际专利3项。成果获2015年度国家技术发明二等奖（第二完成人），2016年度中科院杰出科技成就奖，2016年度中国专利优秀奖，2012年度北京市科学技术一等奖等。
