卢新彪，男，1975年11月生，山东曹县人，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，在控制理论与控制工程方向招收学术型硕士生，控制工程方向招收专业型硕士，主要从事多智能体群体智能分析与控制、复杂动态网络同步控制等研究，主讲本科生专业课《嵌入式系统原理及应用》、《最优控制》、《现代控制理论》和《检测技术与仪表》；主将全校公开课《网络科学漫谈》；主讲研究生课程《自适应控制》电话：**；邮箱：xinbiaolul@126.com。
