何书英， 中国药科大学化学制药专业学士、生物制药专业硕士、药理学专业博士。现任中国药科大学生命科学与技术学院专业课实验中心主任、教授、硕士生导师。曾主持低分子量肝素钠原料、注射液及冻干针剂项目，获国家药品监督管理局批准的生产证书及批文。2004年至今任教于中国药科大学生命科学与技术学院，从事教学及科研工作。2012年3月至2013年3月密歇根大学访问****。主要讲授《生物制药工艺学》及《生化药物分析》课程。研究方向为生化药理学，主持及承担的课题有：江苏省自然科学基金《多靶点肿瘤血管生成抑制剂的设计合成及生物活性研究》，江苏省分子医学生物技术重点实验室开放研究基金项目《肝素寡糖抗平滑肌细胞增殖机制研究》,江苏省“六大人才高峰”资助项目《基于rPmHAS 的双酶反应器循环合成单一分子量透明质酸》,重大新药创制国家重大专项《糖类药物制备及质量控制关键技术》，中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金《肝素十二糖抗血管平滑肌细胞增殖的活性及机制研究》。近年来在国内外学术期刊上发表论文30多篇，其中SCI论文19篇，授权专利2项，主编、副主编教材三部。入选2008年江苏省“六大人才高峰”培养人选，承担的课程《生物制药工艺学》2019年获国家精品在线开放课程及2010年国家优秀教学团队。
