戴其林


一、简 历

戴其林,男,1981年生。2009年在中科院长春光机与物理研究所获得“凝聚态物理”理学博士,并获得中科院大恒奖学金。2009-2013年分别在美国弗吉尼亚联邦大学、美国佛罗里达州立大学、美国怀俄明大学做博士后研究。2013年被作为学术骨干引进到吉林大学工作。现任副教授,硕士研究生导师。

二、研究方向

1.量子点以及染料敏化的太阳能电池

2.稀土掺杂纳米材料的制备与发光性质

3.基于掺杂的纳米材料的制备与磁性研究

4.使用脉冲激光沉积的方法制作薄膜和纳米材料

5.通过化学气相沉积的方法制作一维纳米材料 (ZnO,Al2O3)

6.石墨烯的合成及其负载金属纳米粒子的催化性质研究

7.微波和加热的方法制作量子点(CdSe,CdS)和单分散、形貌及尺寸可控、均匀的金属氧化物及合金纳米材料.
