巫文勇，男，江西永丰人，1963年生，副教授，经济法硕士生导师；1981年6月毕业于江西吉水师范学校，然后任教于永丰县中村中学；1994年考入西北政法大学读经济法硕士研究生；1997年6月毕业后就职于江西省证券公司（后更名为世纪证券公司），历任法律顾问、总经理助理；2002年3月进入江西财经大学法学院工作至今。2005年开始，攻读武汉理工大学经济学院产业经济学博士，在2009年6月获该校经济学博士学位。
研究方向：有较丰富的法律实务经验，办理过较多并有一定影响的证券、公司、合同、房地产方面的案件；主要研究方向为金融与证券、企业与公司法；主讲课程为《经济法》《金融法》《证券法》《期货法》《保险法》《企业与公司法》《律师实务》和《合同法》。
社会兼职：中国行为法学会金融法律行为研究会理事、南昌仲裁委员会委员、江西财经大学法律顾问、江西赣联律师事务所律师、江西保险业协会调解员、保险产品点评专家。
