曾荣鑫，1983年5月1日生于江西省赣州市，获经济学学士、法学硕士、法学博士学位。现任江西财经大学法学院讲师，融资与担保法研究所所长，研究方向为私法（物权法、融资担保法）。博士论文获得大陆法系基金会2011年度优秀博士论文奖。
现主持2项纵向课题（省级课题、厅级课题各一项），在国内外核心刊物上发表论文十余篇，主要论著如下：
