马德才，1965年10月生，湖北天门人，法学博士，江西财经大学法学院教授、国际法研究所所长，硕士生导师，国际法学、诉讼法学导师组组长，中国国际私法学会常务理事，司法部2009年国家法治与法学理论研究项目立项评审专家，《武大国际法评论》学术顾问，武汉仲裁委员会仲裁员、南昌仲裁委员会仲裁员。在《中国法学》（英文版）、《法学评论》、《现代法学》、《法学杂志》、《法令月刊》（台湾）等刊物上发表学术论文近100篇，其中有6篇在人大复印资料上全文转载，多篇论文获奖；主持完成省部级等研究课题10多项；担任独著、主编、副主编出版著作、教材10余部，其主要著作有：《国际私法中的公共秩序研究》、《国际私法》、《国际民商事诉讼程序法》等。
