Brief BiosketchDr. WEN received her PhD from Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019, her MSc in Engineering Enterprise Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2014, and her Bachelor degree in Bioengineering from Sichuan University in 2013. She joined in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as a Research Assistant Professor in 2020.
Her research interests include Aviation Operations, Airline Scheduling, Air Logistics, Logistics Engineering & Supply Chain Management, and Operational Risk Analysis. She has published 8 research articles in high-impact SCI Q1 journals likeIEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems,Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review,International Journal of Production Economics,International Journal of Production Research, andIndustrial Management & Data Systems.
