Biography Dr Luo Zhenwei obtained his Ph.D. degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research works focus on information uncertainty and Bayesian learning in operations management. His research papers have been published in Production and Operations Management, Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering, and Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization. He is currently serving as the reviewer for European Journal of Operational Research and Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review.
