Selected Works

Chi Man grew up in Hong Kong. He studied in Canada over 10 years. His researches quantify the labor market consequences of environmental policies, investigate the impacts of oil price fluctuations on unemployment, and explore the role ambiguity about productivity plays over business cycles.
