Biography
Selected Works

Ha Yoon Yee is a Research Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her primary research interests are in the areas of corporate governance and disclosure in the capital markets. She earned her doctoral degree in Accounting from Purdue University, master's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Korea University. Prior to pursuing a Ph.D., she worked at PwC in Seoul, South Korea, and passed the CPA exam under the jurisdiction of Montana.
