Introduction: Prof. JEONG received his Ph.D. in Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests lie at creativity, resilience in the face of crisis, implicit theories,unethical behavior, the psychology of entrepreneurship, andStrategicHuman Resource Management. His work has been published in internationally influential journalsincluding Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
