Introduction: Dr. Wang received her Ph.D. in Management from National University of Singapore. Her research interests include leadership, motivation and emotions, entrepreneurship, social interaction, and behavioral genetics. Her work has appeared in journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and Leadership Quarterly. Her research work has been covered in media outlets such as The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Business Insider, The Daily Mail, The Telegraph, and the Economist.
