A Systematic Review of Preschool Teachers’ Well-being: Major Aspects, Measurement Approaches and Influencing Factors
Brief biography:
I received my Master’s degree at Hunan Normal University. I have work experience as a teacher, teacher-researcher, and vice-principal of an international kindergarten. Besides, I have extensive experience at scaffolding children’s learning development, supporting preschool teachers’ professional development, and working with parents in the preschool settings. My doctoral study is focused on better understanding and supporting Chinese preschool teachers’ well-being.
