Research Interest

My research interests lie in the applied analysis and numerical computation of problems arising from quantum chemistry, wave propagation, multiscale problems, biology, stochastic fluid dynamics, and random heterogeneous media.
Stochastic computations and uncertainty quantification (UQ);
Model reduction for problems with multiscale and stochastic features;
Bio-mechanics: modelling and simulation of cell evolution under stress;
Bayesian updating, model class selection and robust stochastic predictions;
Quantum dynamics in chemistry, such as surface hopping problem;
Artificial boundary condition for wave propagation on unbounded domain.
