Professor Frank Lorne is Honorary Professor with the Department of Real Estate and Construction and Research Fellow with the Ronald Coase Centre for Property Rights Research, The University of Hong Kong. He is also Professor with the Department of Economics at the New York Institute of Technology.
Professor Lorne has extensive research experience and publication records in the fields of institutional economics, urban planning, sustainable development, and the economics of innovation. He travels frequently for his studies and research, with overseas visits including at Academia Sinica in Taiwan, Qianhai Institute of Innovative Research in China, and various speaking engagements in North America and Europe.
Professor Lorne is also active with community development in North America. He enjoys arts and music, particularly cross-cultural appreciation and celebration.
