Victor possessed more than 20 years’ experience in leasing and management of shopping centers and office portfolio, with focus on strategic leasing planning, trade-mix revamp, asset enhancement, marketing and promotion.?He was?one of the founding members?and is now the Fellow Member?of the Institute of?Shopping Centre Management (ISCM) in Hong Kong. He has been a chartered surveyor of RICS and HKIS?over?17 years.
He has been in charge of most of the investment portfolio of Hang Lung in Hong Kong, namely the Fashion Walk, Peak Galleria, Grand Plaza, Gala Place and office portfolio in Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon. Before joining Hang Lung, Victor was the Deputy General Manager of Sino Land Company Limited overseeing over 2.5 million sf retail portfolio in Hong Kong, including tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk, China HK City, etc. Victor was the Center Manager of Times Square and involved in the? leasing of Pacific Place , Festival Walk, and the launch of Citygate Outlets during his tenure with Swire
Victor was graduated from the B.Sc Surveying, the University of Hong Kong, then pursued his Master Degree in Marketing at The Chinese University Hong Kong . He was the Lecturer of? HKU SPACE from 2006 to 2011, and has taught the Master in Real Estate, HKU since 2019 and is appointed as the Adjunct Associate Professor by The University of Hong Kong .
