Despite graduated from a non-journalism programme, he encountered journalism by chance, and started his career as programme assistant in now TV news channel. He later continues his career path to sub-desk as sub-editor, before switching to Digital Broadcast Corporation Hong Kong (DBCHK) as multimedia production, responsible for video news and non-news programme production.
Recent post in news industry includes senior web editor at HK01, where he is responsible for coordinating news packaging, presentation and publication schedule on various platforms such as Facebook Page, App and website. After witnessing the transformation of journalism in recent years, he started a new venture and established a production house with a few colleagues, providing social media management service as well as multimedia production, clients including prominentfirms in public and private sector.
