Teaching Profile
I am actively involved in the medical curriculum of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where I teach radiology to medical students in their pre-clinical and clinical years, covering topics in central nervous system and chest radiology. In addition, I also teach neuroimaging to allied health students, and give lectures in the CUHK Master programmes in Stroke & Clinical Neurosciences and Neurological Sciences. I have given lectures in the BRAIN conference / Asia Pacific Multidisciplinary Meeting for Nervous System Diseases, the Hong Kong Neurological Congress and the Engineering Medical Innovation Summit.
Role: Deputy Coordinator for Radiology teaching, CUHK undergraduate medical curriculum

Service Profile
As a radiologist in the Prince of Wales Hospital, Shatin, I undertake general radiology sessions and specialty sessions in neuroradiology. I am part of a dynamic and growing Neuroradiology team in the department, working with neurologists and neurosurgeons to ensure best practice in the management of acute stroke, aneurysms and brain tumours, to name a few. I also regularly host/present in clinical radiological conferences in neurosciences.
Roles:
Deputy coordinator, MRI Clinical services
Co-coordinator, Neuroimaging Clinical services
Radiation Safety Officer

Research Profile
I collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuro-oncologist, psychologist, geriatrician, MRI scientists and computer engineers in various neuroimaging projects which range from stroke, to neurodegenerative disorders (multiple sclerosis/NMO, dementias, and Parkinson’s disease) to brain tumours. Currently I am working on translating brain volumetrics and ASL MR perfusion into clinical practice as diagnostic aids in dementia. Meanwhile my work with the Hong Kong Multiple Sclerosis Registry has allowed me to build a comprehensive MRI database of multiple sclerosis in the Chinese cohort, which is an uncommon disorder in the region but showing increasing prevalence in recent years.
