摘要This column provides a discussion of the issues and challenges facing nurses and nursing in Hong Kong. The author introduces the role of nurses in the special administrative region and focuses on workforce, educational and practice issues, as well as on leadership in nursing. He concludes that Hong Kong needs to have a strategic plan to deter.ficient numbers of properly educated nurses.
