Dr. Chan is a professional quantity surveyor and has been involved in the contract administration for a number of large projects in the past, like the Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center Extension, the Island Place Development, etc. Her research work mainly relates to estimating / tendering strategies and the application of artificial intelligence in construction management practices.
