Biography Shi Tang is an Assistant Professor in the Department ofManagement at CityUniversity of Hong Kong. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. Her researchfocuses on the psychological underpinnings of top management decision-making and their strategic implications. She especially attends to issues such as gender diversity, cognition, and temporal perceptions at the top managemet level.
